When adjusting the pipette, the knob should not be turned too fast or beyond its maximum or minimum range, otherwise it will easily lead to inaccurate measurement and easily jam the internal mechanical device and damage the pipette.
When assembling the tip, repeatedly and strongly hitting the tip with the pipette will not tighten it. Long-term operation will cause the parts in the pipette to loosen, and in severe cases, the knob for adjusting the scale will get stuck.
When there is liquid in the pipette tip, do not place the pipette horizontally or inverted to prevent the liquid from flowing back and corroding the piston spring.
When high-temperature sterilization of the pipette, you should first check whether the pipette used is suitable for high-temperature sterilization before processing.
