The test utilizes amplification of target DNA by the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for the detection of HPV 16, 18 and 45 in a single analysis. HPV 16 18 45 PCR Kit specifically identifies types HPV 16, 18 and 45.

Testing Procedure
1, Add 400μL of lysis buffer
2, Add 100μL of sample
3,Close the lid and mix well
4. Put cartridge in PocTell RT PCR Analyzer
5, Select the required module, scan the QR code on the package and start the test.
6, After the test is completed, the results can be analyzed automatically and exported as a PDF format.
