PocTell® HPV mRNA test is an in vitro diagnostic test for the qualitative detection of mRNA from Human Papillomavirus (HPV) in specimens. The test utilizes amplification of target RNA by the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for the detection of 15 high-risk (HR) HPV types in a single analysis. HPV mRNA test concurrently detect the high-risk types (16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66 and 68).

Testing Procedure
1, Add 400μL of lysis buffer
2, Add 100μL of sample
3,Close the lid and mix well
4. Put cartridge in PocTell RT PCR Analyzer
5, Select the required module, scan the QR code on the package and start the test.
6, After the test is completed, the results can be analyzed automatically and exported as a PDF format.
