1) Take the arterial blood collection needle out of the sterile package.
2) Remove the cap of the arterial blood collection needle and put it in a proper place.
3) Push the needle cap outward.
4) Push the core rod forward to the zero scale line and then withdraw it to the desired scale.
5) With the arterial blood collection needle pointing downward, puncture at an angle of 45° to 90°.
6) Fill the preset scale with the sample under arterial pressure.
7) After the sample is collected, immediately pull out the needle of the arterial blood collection needle and press the puncture site with gauze for at least 5 minutes to prevent bleeding.
