Laboratory centrifuge maintenance precautions

(1) The installation of the centrifuge should be based on the performance of the centrifuge. The general low-speed centrifuge (tabletop) can be placed on a stable and solid table (its base is equipped with rubber suction feet, which are close to the table with the help of atmospheric pressure and the weight of the instrument itself);
(2) Large-capacity low-speed centrifuges, high-speed centrifuges and high-speed refrigerated centrifuges should be placed on a solid ground and placed horizontally. Choose a suitable rotor centrifuge. Before working, the load should be balanced. The smaller the weight error, the better. Otherwise, it will cause severe vibration and damage the centrifuge rotor and shaft.
(3) Centrifuge stand The centrifuge separation stand must be placed with the centrifuge tube before operation. It is strictly forbidden to operate with an empty stand.
