PocTell® MTB NTM Detection Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test for the qualitative detection of DNA from Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) and other bacteria included as nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) in patient specimens. The test utilizes amplification of target DNA by the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for the detection of MTB/NTM in a single analysis. The test specifically identifies MTB and NTM.

Testing Procedure
1, Add 400μL of lysis buffer
2, Add 100μL of sample
3,Close the lid and mix well
4. Put cartridge in PocTell RT PCR Analyzer
5, Select the required module, scan the QR code on the package and start the test.
6, After the test is completed, the results can be analyzed automatically and exported as a PDF format.
