PocTell® Respiratory Pathogen Detection Kit (RPP Detection Kit) is an in vitro diagnostic test for the qualitative detection of respiratory pathogens in patient specimens. The test utilizes amplification of target RNA by the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for the detection of respiratory pathogens in a single analysis. The Respiratory Pathogen Detection Kit is intended for the qualitative detection of Influenza A virus(Flu A), Influenza B virus(Flu B), Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), Adenovirus(AdV), Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) and SARS-Cov-2 (SARS2).

Testing Procedure
1, Add 400μL of lysis buffer
2, Add 100μL of sample
3,Close the lid and mix well
4. Put cartridge in PocTell RT PCR Analyzer
5, Select the required module, scan the QR code on the package and start the test.
6, After the test is completed, the results can be analyzed automatically and exported as a PDF format.
