PocTell® MRSA PCR Detection Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test for the qualitative detection of DNA from staphylococcus aureus (SA) and methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in nasal swabs, skin and soft tissue infection swabs. The test utilizes amplification of target DNA by the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for the detection of SA and MRSA in a single analysis.

Testing Procedure
1, Add 400μL of lysis buffer
2, Add 100μL of sample
3,Close the lid and mix well
4. Put cartridge in PocTell RT PCR Analyzer
5, Select the required module, scan the QR code on the package and start the test.
6, After the test is completed, the results can be analyzed automatically and exported as a PDF format.
