Industrial
Industrial laboratory centrifuges are mainly used for data collection and analysis in various research machinery, university and enterprise laboratories, and pilot stages. Medical
Medical laboratory centrifuges are mainly used in medical experiments, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, biological research institutes, fine chemicals, etc.
The working principle of the filter centrifuge is basically the same. It mainly uses centrifugal force to throw the mixed liquid to the drum wall. The liquid flows out through the small holes on the drum wall and the internal filter screen, while the solid particles are larger and are retained by the filter screen. As the centrifugal time increases, more and more solids accumulate in the filter screen inside the drum. After meeting the requirements, the machine is stopped, the solids are taken out for observation, and the liquid is recovered for further treatment if liquid is needed.
The sedimentation type experimental centrifuge uses the different specific gravity differences between solid and liquid (or liquid and liquid). The material with a larger specific gravity will first settle on the inner side of the drum wall, and the lighter material will form a liquid ring on the inner side. After meeting the separation requirements, the inner layer of liquid is extracted with a unique skimming device or continuously added to make it overflow from the upper liquid plate, thus completing a working cycle.
