1. Split type
The split type blood collection needle is a disposable blood collection needle commonly used in clinical practice. It basically replaces the syringe blood collection method used in the last century and is often used in conjunction with a disposable blood collection tube.
Its structure is to connect a blood collection needle to the needle seat at the end of the hose of the intravenous infusion needle. When in use, the blood collection needle needs to be rotated and fixed to the front end of the outer tube of the needle holder, and the vein puncture needle is held to puncture the vein. After success, the vacuum blood collection tube is inserted into the rear cavity of the needle holder, so that the edge of the blood collection needle passes through the blood blocking sleeve and pierces the vacuum tube rubber plug. Under the action of negative pressure, the blood is sucked into the blood collection tube. When necessary, this can be repeated to achieve multi-tube blood collection; after blood collection, the venous puncture needle is pulled out, local hemostasis is performed, and the blood collection needle is removed from the needle holder and discarded in the waste box together with the venous puncture needle. As shown in Figure 3.
Features: After the blood collection needle is fired, the needle core will be locked, so that the blood collection needle can only be used once, which can ensure the safety of the user; the push-to-fire design provides the user with the simplest operation; the high-quality, ultra-sharp triangular needle design can quickly pierce the skin and reduce the patient's pain; a variety of needle models and puncture depths are suitable for most blood collection needs.
2. Pen-type blood collection needles
Pen-type blood collection needles are not widely used in clinical practice. Its structure is a through needle tube with sharp edges at both ends. The middle and lower sections of the needle tube are fixed on the needle seat. The front end is called the venous puncture needle, and the rear end is called the blood collection needle. The surface of the blood collection needle has a blood blocking sleeve and protective sleeves at both ends of the needle tube. In clinical practice, it is usually used together with a needle holder and a disposable blood collection tube for blood collection.
When in use, rotate and fix the blood collection needle at the front end of the outer tube of the needle holder to perform venous puncture. After success, insert the vacuum blood collection tube into the rear cavity of the needle holder, so that the rear edge of the blood collection needle passes through the blood blocking sleeve and penetrates the vacuum tube rubber plug. Under the action of negative pressure, the blood is drawn into the blood collection tube. Repeatedly, multiple blood samples can be collected.
3. Arterial blood collection needle
Arterial blood collection is of great significance for the judgment and treatment of hypoxemia. Arterial blood collection is the basis for accurate judgment of hypoxemia.
Features: The arterial blood gas syringe strictly fixes the needle to prevent the danger caused by the loose needle during the whole process of collecting arterial blood samples. The high molecular density of the blood collection syringe wall and the double-sealed needle plug effectively prevent the blood gas sample from exchanging gas with the outside world. Before blood collection, the blood collection volume can be preset according to the test requirements, making the arterial puncture operation safe and simple and avoiding blood sample waste. The hole stone design at the rear end of the syringe forms a unique automatic exhaust device, which can quickly and safely exhaust the residual gas inside the syringe under the action of arterial pressure, avoiding the interference of
