PocTell® adhesion microscope slides are manufactured using a designated-area, single-side, automated, and continuous spraying process. The surface is clean and highly transparent, with no visible coating traces to the naked eye and no background noise or impurities under the microscope. The coating material is safe, non-toxic, non-cytotoxic, and environmentally friendly.
The adhesive coating features a permanent, uniformly distributed, and dense positive charge, offering strong physical adhesion. The uniform coating ensures long-term stability, strong adhesion, cleanliness, firm attachment, and high transparency of the slides. It meets the adhesion and anti-detachment requirements for various tissue and cell samples, allowing for rapid and secure binding. This prevents cells and tissues from falling off or detaching during subsequent processing, resulting in excellent slide preparation quality.
Especially in cytopathology slide preparation, it allows for a high number of evenly distributed cells that can withstand fixation, washing, staining, dehydration, and other treatments.
