TEST PRINCIPLE
PocTell® Rapid hcv test kit adopts the microfluidic and time-resolved immunofluorescence assay. It is beneficial to eliminate the influence of fluorescent substances in the sample and the environment on the detection results by using time-resolved fluorescence for detection. And the immunological principle used is double antigen sandwich method. In addition, the microstructure in the strip inside the test cassette can make the reaction system to be uniformly mixed inside the test cassette, thereby improving the accuracy and precision of the detection result.
