Detection principle: Lateral tomography immunocapture method was used to qualitatively detect anti-Chikungunya virus IgM and IgG antibodies in human whole blood, serum or plasma by recombinant CHIK structural protein antigen, so as to quickly determine the infection status.

Interpretation of Results.
Positive: Red bands appear in both control (C) and test (T) lines.
Negative: Only the control line (C) appears as a red stripe.
Invalid: control line does not appear, need to retest.
Sample type:Human whole blood, serum or plasma. The sample can be stored for 3 days at 2-8℃. For long-term storage, it is recommended to keep it below -20℃ and avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
